juz woke up ard 3plus tis afternoon... not being porky but didnt sleep at all last nite coz....
on sat went with mum n dad to habourfront ard 12plus to shop for washing machine. seems that safe has opened a huge electrical store call "Big" there and it sells not only electronics but furniture, shampoo, stationery, bed sheets, pots n pans etc etc.... the store itself hv a nice view coz it had a whole row of windows which looked out to sentosa gateway and the cruise centre. gd think they didnt block it up... aft which wondered ard habourfront which was pretty small though so nothing much to shop... saw cycy's meimei n her bf, seems that they were on their way to sentosa by it started pouring ard 3plus so they couldnt go in the end..
got back hm 1st to have a shower n touch up b4 meeting my sisters, rachel n nancy, to go MOS :)... have been wanting to go there ever since i knew it was opening but didnt know who to go with except for my sis coz not the clubbing sort n the last time i went was yrs ago ;p... cycy n her bf picked me up at my hse n later rachel at cityhall. reached clarke quay ard 8.30pm. (was told by cycy's meimei dat the tick q is normally veri long so decided to go early to buy ticks and come out for dinner b4 actually going in to the club.. ticks were amazingly cheap $12 with 1 drink. thot itz supposed to be $28?? tink maybe coz we bought earlier and we onli had to make sure we entered b4 10.30pm... tink it was veri worth the $$. really like to lights at the ticketing area.
went to have dinner at tcc... noticed there were alot of tourists dat day... finished ard 9plus and finally went into club... one wierd thing was when we entered dat time, the baggage deposit area was not "opened" yet as told to us by the bouncer... thot they shd open at the same time?? anyway, decided to hv a tour ard 1st...(p.s. shd hv brought digicam along but mine abit bulky. wont believe how many pple were taking pics all over the place. always thot u r not suppose to take pics in tis kind of place??) the place was veri sparse ard dat time so we managed to juz tour ard n walk walk...

1st stop= smoove... tink the busy suppose to be the R&B & hip hop... they had a cage in the middle and towards the end of the nite, the area was overcrowded and u could barely even move inside the cage n yet pple kept trying to push themselves in. we didnt quite like it there coz it was too warm and so was 54, the retro area. spent most of time in the main arena coz the ventilation was better and more space to move ard.
went on to visit the supposedly nice toilet which was huge and lotsa girls were taking pics there so we decided to join in. didnt turn out quite nice coz used hp cam, couldnt see the pinkness... but toilet not veri well maintained as in the pure white tile flooring was kinda dirty oredi early in the nite. went thru the toilet to the main arena which was huge... deposited our bags n went on upstairs to continue with our tour... everyone was either standing or sitting ard hving drinks and looking ard at that time... went into pure (for 25yrs and above) which looked really cosy n comfy but most of the booths (as well as lotsa seats n tables all ard the club) were reserved. u had to at least open 3bottles or spend $500 to be able to reserve the booths... not much pple in there initially and the waiters abit stuck up so wondered off...

cant see the pink very wellsaw some vip suites along the way... one had a huge flat screen tv which was playing a soccer match and hence saw one whole row of waiters and guess lining outside the rm peeping in ;p.. went to 54, the retro arena next... h/r we didnt hang out there at all coz we didnt like the type of retro music they played (doesnt seem to be the normal retro music at mambo nite) and it was as stuffy as smoove... btw noticed that a lot of the caucasian ladies danced with their handbags :P
we went off pretty early ard 1plus coz rachel wasnt feeling too great n cycy was kinda tired... cycy's bf picked her up so managed to save on cab fare :)
didnt get to sleep at all coz was supposed to accompany my parents to the temple for tis ceremony called "amending of luck".. have been going there every yr. even though we registered b4 cny, we had to still go down there to get q nos. started giving out nos. as early as 4am and ceremony starts ard 6am so we went down at 3plus.. spent most of the time sleeping on at the table and by the time it came to our turn, it was 6plus. managed to go hm ard 7 and slept all the way thru' till 3pm...
